How in the world did you decide to design kooky things from corks?

My super cool friend Nicole (R.I.P. 2015)  was very much a wine enthusiast.  A member of so many wineries, I lost count... but, we did a lot of tasting. Point is, she collected corks & lots of them!

It's taken me these many years to figure out what to do with them, never wanting to throw them out.  Then, out of the blue, I just painted one of the corks as a ninja  ~ the rest is ... in my shop!
